A new year, a new web site. We’re still trying to work out a few kinks, and some of our pages are a little, well, bare right now. That’ll all change within the coming weeks as the ball gets rolling. Soon, we’ll have a calendar full of upcoming Democratic events in and around the Athens area and hopefully snap a few pictures along the way.

In the mean time, the main page has been turned into a blog. It will be updated on a regular basis and will have news concerning upcoming meetings, events, rallies, etc. We’ll also throw in the occasional newspaper article or discussion topic for good measure. Most importantly, we hope that the blog will allow members another way to give us feedback. Want to see us get involved in a political project around campus? Let us know. Have an idea for next week’s meeting? Tell us about it. Want free food other than pizza at next week’s meeting? Well, we’d like to know that, too.
